I got a call from my OB's office yesterday. They said my ultrasound showed low-lying placenta and they want to keep an eye on it. So I've scheduled a repeat ultrasound for November 20th to see if it's moving up at all.
When I had the bleeding/cramping scare at 12 1/2 weeks the ER did mention placenta previa but my OB doctor didn't seem too concerned and thought it would move up. I honestly didn't think much about it either. I've never had the issue before and had no reason to think otherwise.
So now we'll watch it and hope it moves up before delivery. Even if it doesn't move up by my November 20 ultrasound it is still possible for it to move up throughout the third trimester. So here's to the best scenario :)
